He can also ask for the latest summary from his phone and have it in seconds, so none of this depends on him being at the desk.
Built to run unattended
A research tool is worth nothing on the morning it is down. We built this one with few moving parts and nothing that needs daily attention, and it runs on accounts in the client’s own name. If our engagement ended tomorrow, it would carry on.
It keeps growing. He asks for a new source or a new alert, and it is added to the same desk.
